Julie has over 18 years of clinical practice in physiotherapy in private practice and hospitals across in Queensland, Sydney, as well as gaining 6 years of international working experience in a leading physiotherapy clinic and Pilates studio in Hong Kong where she has developed a special interest in lumbo-pelvic and hip pain along with Women’s health.
Julie’s hands on approach to treatment focuses on assessing and correcting alignment and biomechanics in the spine, rib cage, pelvis, hip, as well as foot to enhance body movement. Such unique approach allows Julie to identify the root cause and tailor an individualised treatment program for recovery.
Being a mother of two, Julie personally knows how the body changes from pregnancy and takes a special interest in helping women through this wonderful life experience.
She is passionate about helping women to take control of their body throughout pregnancy, after birth and menopause.
Since she retuned to Sydney in 2015, Julie has joined the Women’s Health Collective Group and working together with other Clinicians including Acupuncturists, Exercise Physiologists, Midwives, Psychotherapists, and Dieticians to change people’s physical and mental wellbeing in the community.
