If baby is not in the optimal position your obstetrician may recommend coming to an acupuncturist because there is evidence* to support our traditional method of ‘turning the baby’ with moxa. This is best done between 27-37 weeks and depends on babies position.
Here at the clinic we also use acupuncture, physio and osteopathy to prepare the body for optimal labouring. We can provide couple support and teach birthing partners acupressure points and techniques that can help the mother at time of birth.
