Registered Acupuncturist and Herbalist
BHlthSc (Traditional Chinese Medicine), BA,

Sally has stepped back from clinical practice for the time being.

Sally is degree qualified in Australia. She gained further certification following studies in China, UK and the US.  Her post-grad studies and experience give her a broad skill set and she treats a wide range of patients.

Sally practices Neuropuncture which is a system integrating Western neuroscience theory with acupuncture, the latest research into electro-acupuncture and the holistic TCM model of health and well-being. Combined with post-grad studies in Orthopaedic and Sports acupuncture she works with patients to reduce neck, shoulder, back and hip pain and improve muscle strength and movement.

Depending on her patient’s needs, she combines the very gentle method of fine needle Japanese acupuncture and moxibustion – heat therapy, with cupping, Chinese herbs, scalp and auricular acupuncture in her practice to help her patients manage issues such as  headache, insomnia, digestion and reproductive health problems.

She has a particular interest in neurological problems and supporting MS patients in particular, and works with her patients to help them manage common symptoms such as fatigue, pain, anxiety, depression and motor and balance issues.

In 2018 Sally commenced her post-graduate acupuncture training in oncology under the supervision of Associate Professor Byeongsang Oh at the Mater and RNSH hospitals.  She  supports patients facing the challenges associated with cancer treatments.

Sally is a member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA), and is registered as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA).
