Rachel is a Clinical Nutritionist holding a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine.
Rachel’s practice is based on scientifically researched evidence. She works by using therapeutically dosed nutrients as preventative and corrective medicine, whilst implementing food and lifestyle changes to improve her client’s long-term well-being.
Nutrient deficiencies are commonplace in today’s society, with modern lifestyles wreaking havoc on physical health, as well as our emotional and mental wellbeing.
A few consultations with Rachel will seek to correct these deficiencies or excesses, reduce inflammation, analyse and remove any triggers whilst providing the care and support you need to start implementing positive changes.
Your first consultation will include detailed questioning around presenting signs and symptoms, family history, food and lifestyle analysis. Pathology, and functional testing are also useful tools Rachel uses in practice to thoroughly investigate your case.
